● 使用前，請打開大桶，然后將小桶中的固化劑徹底倒入大桶（注意小桶內(nèi)是否完全倒盡）并用合適的電動攪拌器充分?jǐn)嚢?。多人施工，以防止過快固化（氣溫高于25℃尤其需要 注意）。
● 立即用尼龍滾筒或刮板將本品涂布于基層表面。在平整的基層施工時，可使用A3刮齒刮涂，然后用滾涂均勻涂布。確保將本品完全涂布至基層表面。
● 用作防潮膜時至少涂布兩道。僅用作非吸收性基層上的界面粘結(jié)時，可滾涂一道。為了增強(qiáng)環(huán)氧界面劑和自流平的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度，需要在環(huán)氧界面劑滾涂固化前，均勻拋灑過量的(20 一40目)的石英砂，確保環(huán)氧界面劑與石英砂的有效粘結(jié)。徹底固化后，用吸塵器吸走過量的石英砂。
● 固化后的產(chǎn)品只能通過機(jī)械方式去除。
● 固化時間：12-24小時后可行走并可涂布第2道。第2道涂布完，至少24小時后方可使用反應(yīng)型樹脂粘合劑安裝地板或施工自流平。

● 置于原包裝內(nèi)在涼爽、干燥的條件下。在低溫的條件下產(chǎn)品會變稠。
● 最佳施工條件：氣溫23±2℃，相對空氣濕度40%-75%。施工材料和地面溫度不得低于0℃。低溫可使固化時間延長，高溫可縮短產(chǎn)品的工作時間。
● 攪拌后的產(chǎn)品在容器中會很快固化，須盡快施工。用作防潮膜時，必須施工兩道。第一道用量：200-400g/m2，第二道用量：200-300g/m2。當(dāng)基層殘余含水率大于8%時，本 品不可代替防潮密封膜使用。
● 施工時請穿戴好防護(hù)手套、眼鏡等，避免B組份與皮膚和眼睛接觸。接觸到皮膚時，用大量清水和肥皂清洗。接觸到眼睛時，立即用流動的清水沖洗15分鐘然后就醫(yī)檢查。不可 將本產(chǎn)品廢料倒入下水道中。

● 本品須存放于5℃~35℃環(huán)境中，保質(zhì)期為12個月。

Substrate Preparation：
The substrate must be mature, sound, solid, clean and dry with good surface integrity. The substrate should be tested according to corresponding standard and technical information. Any defective should be reported in time. All weak surface and residues should be removed by mechanically prepared, either by scrubbing, shot-blasting or similar, and be vacuumed clean.

Mixing and Application：
1. First, the entire contents of the Part B container should be poured into the Part A container, then thoroughly mix with an electric drill fitted with a paint mixer or a wing type paddle. Work to an area that suits the size of the installing team. Please note the working temperature.
2. After mixing the material should be applied without delay onto the prepared surface using a short nylon hair roller. When apply on the flat surface, using A3 shaving scrapers and then use the roller coating uniformity .Ensure that the entire surface is coated.
3. Use as damp proof: two coats. Use as primer on the absorbent surface: one coat .
4. To improve the tensile bond strength, while HENRY521 is still wet, sanding with plenty of silica sand (20-40mesh).After curing, the extra sand should be vacuumed clean.
5. Cured product would be removed with mechanical method only.
6. Ready for light traffic and apply the second coat: about12-24 hours .Allow to dry at least 24 hours after the second coat, apply the reaction resin adhesive or self-leveling cement.
Notes：
1. The original package should be stored in cool, dry conditions. Lower temperature may decrease the fluidity.
2. Recommended condition：23±2℃,40%-75%RH. Do not apply at temperatures below 0°C.Working time will be extended at lower temperatures, and this time will be shorted at higher temperature.
3. Apply the products immediately after mixing. Use as damp proof: two coats. Consumption for the first coat is 200-400g/m2, for the second coat is 200-300g/m2 .When the concrete moisture content is greater than 8%, the product cannot be used as the sealing damp proof film.
4. During mixing and application the following precautions should be observed: ensure adequate ventilation and avoid contact of the material with the eyes, nasal passages, mouth and unprotected skin. Always wear protective gloves and glasses as necessary. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice and after contact with the skin wash immediately with plenty soap and water (do not use solvents).Disposal of such spillage or empty packaging should be in accordance with local waste disposal authority regulations.
