參考用量:
● HENRY542自流平的用量約為1.5kg/m2·1mm（具體用量由施工厚度以及基面的實(shí)際條件決定）
施工說明:
①基層清理干凈后，根據(jù)基層情況選用合適的界面劑。
②在一容器中倒入6L清水，然后慢慢加入一包25Kg的自流平，用攪拌機(jī)攪拌3-5分鐘至均勻無團(tuán)的漿狀，將混合料倒出，均勻地鋪開，用抹刀布展均勻至所需的厚度，剛剛施工好的混合料要防止受陽光直射和強(qiáng)風(fēng)吹拂，混合料須在20分鐘內(nèi)完成施工。也可以采用輸送能力（20-40公升/分鐘）的泵輸送漿體進(jìn)行施工。
③初凝前需使用特制消泡輥滾壓，以排除漿體內(nèi)空氣。
※對(duì)所鋪設(shè)地板不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。如有疑問，請(qǐng)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和試鋪設(shè)。注意遵守亨歷產(chǎn)品說明書要求。
包裝與儲(chǔ)存:
●25Kg復(fù)合紙袋包裝。本品必須存放于室內(nèi)，注意防潮、防止冰凍、暴曬。托盤上堆放不超過8層，以免結(jié)塊。通常條件下，保質(zhì)期為6個(gè)月。
安全防護(hù):
● 由于本品含水泥，會(huì)與水反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)堿性，避免與皮膚、眼睛接觸。一旦接觸，立即用大量清水沖洗；如果皮膚或眼睛受到傷害，立即就醫(yī)。本品完全硬化后不會(huì)產(chǎn)生 對(duì)身體、環(huán)境有影響的物質(zhì)。

Description:
HENRY 542 self-leveling, with the special cement, fine aggregate, polymer resin and other additives of cement powder spray, the product has good mobility , can fast automatic leveling the ground, a construction thickness of up to 2-4mm at room temperature, can walk after 6 hours, 24 hours for the next process, shorten the construction period, can be directly in the ground paving tile, wood flooring, carpet, flooring and other materials to provide all kinds of elastic ground leveling intact, solid ideal base, non-toxic and harmless, green environmental protection products.
Applicable Substrate:
Apply to warehouses, hospitals, operation room, family, office and other ground engineering level leveling.
Substrate Preparation:
The base must be dry, firm, load-bearing, dust-free, and free from impurities. In order to ensure the self-leveling surface strength and adhesion, HENRY is recommend for absorbent /non-absorbent substrate.
Application:
1.After cleaning up the grassroots, should choose the appropriate primer.
2.In a container of water poured into the 6L, then slowly add a bag of 25Kg self leveling, stirring for 3-5 minutes to uniform group slurry mixer, the mixture is poured, evenly spread, with a spatula to exhibit uniform required thickness, good construction mixture just to prevent direct sunlight by the sun and the wind blowing, mixture construction must be completed in 20 minutes. The slurry can be conveyed with a pump capacity (20-40 L/min).
3.Before the initial coagulation, the use of special defoaming roll roll to exclude the air, to ensure uniform thickness.

Reference Dosage:
The coverage of HENRY 542 self-leveling is about 1.5kg /m2·1mm, the specific amount is determined by the actual conditions and the thickness of the construction base.
Matters Needing Attention:
As this product contains cement, it reacts with water to produce strong alkaline, and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Once in contact, flush immediately with water. If skin or eye is injured, seek medical attention immediately. This product is completely hardened and will not produce any material that affects the body or the environment.
Packaging And Storage:
25Kg/bag. This product must be stored in the room. No more than 8 layers on pallets, shelf life is 6 months.
