HENRY 547厚層自流平是采用高強(qiáng)石膏、精細(xì)骨料及其他助劑等原料精制而成的綠色環(huán)保產(chǎn)品，良好的流動(dòng)性能夠快速找平地面，單次施工厚度為2mm-30mm，24小時(shí)后，可達(dá)到平整、堅(jiān)實(shí)的理想效果，可鋪貼各類彈性地板、木地板、地毯、瓷磚、石材、環(huán)氧、聚氨酯等地面材料。
特點(diǎn)：
●單次可施工厚度為2mm-30mm；
●高流動(dòng)性，低收縮、抗裂性能優(yōu)異；
●低堿配方，光滑耐磨；
基層處理：
基層必須干燥、堅(jiān)實(shí)牢固、無塵、無污染雜物；為保證良好的附若力混土原始基世地面等吸收性基層，使用享歷自流中面劑封底處理。

施工方法:
1.原始基層清理干凈后，應(yīng)選用合適的界面劑涂刷基層，當(dāng)界面劑已被原始基層吸收并干固后，開始本款自流平施工。
2.在拌容器中倒入4.8-52L水，然后加入一包20kg的本款自流平，用攪拌機(jī)攪拌3-5分鐘至均勻無團(tuán)的漿狀，將混合料倒出，均勻地鋪開，用抹刀成專用的齒口刮板布展均勻至所需的厚度，或采用輸送能力20-40 KL/min的泵輸送漿體至所需的厚度。
3.攪拌后的混合料須在20分鐘內(nèi)完成施工，則施工好的料要避免強(qiáng)風(fēng)和陽光直射。
4.在產(chǎn)品初凝前，需排除混合時(shí)帶入的空氣，建議進(jìn)行消泡，保證表面平整。
參考用量：
●產(chǎn)品用量約為3.4kg/m²×2mm或17kg/m²×10mm，具體實(shí)際用量視施工厚度及基面實(shí)際條件而定。
注意事項(xiàng)：
●不建議在長期潮濕環(huán)境下使用，避免室外使用，本產(chǎn)品完全硬化后避免長時(shí)間浸泡。
包裝與儲(chǔ)存：
●20kg復(fù)合紙袋包裝。本品須存放于室內(nèi)，注意防潮、防水、防雨和暴曬，托盤上堆放不超過8層，保質(zhì)期為6個(gè)月。
HENRY 547 Thick Build Self-Leveling
Product Introduction:
HENRY 547Thick build self-leveling is made of the high strength gypsum, fine aggregate and other additives, is green product. Good fluidity makes it possible to level the ground quickly. The thickness of a single construction shall be 2-30mm. After 24 hours, a ideal base can be achieved. All kinds of PVC flooring, wood floor, carpet, ceramic tile, stone, epoxy, polyurethane and other ground materials can be directly installed.
Application Places:
Suitable for home, office, hotel, school, hospital, small exhibition hall, light industrial floor and other ground projects leveling, very suitable for leveling on the underfloor heating.
Surface Treatment:
The base must be dry, solid, dust-free, pollution-free sundries. To ensure good adhesion, HENRY primer was used for sealing treatment.

Application:
1. After the original base is cleaned, appropriate primer should be selected and applied to the surface. After the primer has been absorbed and dried by the original base, start applying the self-leveling.
2. Pour 4.8-5.2L of water into the mixing container, then slowly add a pack of self-leveling. Stir for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is evenly pulpy. Pour out the mixture and spread it out evenly. Use a spatula or special mouthpiece scraper to spread it out evenly to the required thickness. A pump with a capacity of 20-40kL /min can be used to transport the slurry to the required thickness.
3. The self-leveling shall be completed within 20 minutes and avoid strong wind and direct sunlight.
4. Before the initial setting of the product, the air brought in during mixing should be removed. It is recommended to conduct defoaming to ensure the smooth surface.
Reference Consumption:
Product consumption is about 3.4kg/m²/2mm or 17kg/m²/10mm. The actual amount depends on the construction thickness and actual conditions of the surface.
Notes:
This product is not recommended to use in humid environment and outdoor. Avoid prolonged soaking after the product is completely hardened.
Packaging and storage:
20kg/bag. This product must be stored indoors, pay attention to moisture-proof, waterproof, rainproof and prevent insolating. Pallets should be stacked in no more than 8 layers. Shelf life is 6 months.
