產(chǎn)品描述：
HENRY 131 瓷磚粘合劑是優(yōu)選天然礦物原料和改性聚合物配制而成的水泥基粘合劑。該產(chǎn)品相對于傳統(tǒng)的水泥砂漿更具有粘結(jié)力、施工便捷、薄貼工藝節(jié)省空間、減少材料損耗，其超強的粘結(jié)力使低吸水率的瓷磚鋪貼更持久牢固。地面鋪貼時，可以做到24小時上人行走。
產(chǎn)品特點：
● 良好的潤濕性;
● 優(yōu)異的粘結(jié)強度，防止磚脫落;
● 施工便捷，早強。
用法用量：
所有基層應(yīng)平整、堅實、干凈、無空鼓、無油污、蠟漬、脫模劑和其他松散物
1、將產(chǎn)品倒入清水中攪拌成膏狀，注意要先加水后再倒入產(chǎn)品，攪拌時使用電動攪拌機；
2、混合比：25kg產(chǎn)品：5.2-5.5L清水。
3、充分攪拌均勻至無粉團，攪拌完成后需靜置五分鐘，再稍作攪拌后使用，更有利于增加粘結(jié)力。
4、用齒形刮刀將膏狀瓷磚膠均勻涂布于粘貼面，并形成均勻條齒狀。每次涂布面積不要太大，然后在晾置時間內(nèi)鋪貼瓷磚即可。
5、齒形刮刀的選擇應(yīng)根據(jù)工作面的平整度和瓷磚背面的凹凸程度而定。
6、磚背面和基面都粘滿瓷磚粘合劑，保證施工質(zhì)量。
參考用量：
● 約1.5kg/㎡/mm；具體用量隨基層狀況、所用齒形抹刀規(guī)格及瓷磚背面凹凸情況的不同有輕微差異。
注意事項：
1、該產(chǎn)品按參考比例加水即可使用，禁止參加其他材料；
2、施工溫度為5-35℃；
3、混合比例可因基層、天氣、施工條件等不同而做出適當調(diào)整；
4、攪拌好的粘合劑應(yīng)在2小時內(nèi)使用完畢，杜絕將已干結(jié)的粘合劑拌水使用；
5、鋪貼施工完成后，需待粘合劑完全干固后，24小時后才可以進行下一步的填縫工作；
6、嚴禁無縫鑲貼！磚與磚之間必須留有≧2㎜的縫隙；
7、在進行墻面鋪貼時，注意做好臨時固定措施。
8、室內(nèi)施工高度應(yīng)≤4m。

儲存運輸：本品須存放于干燥、通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)環(huán)境，防潮、防水、防止暴曬，保質(zhì)期為12個月。

Discription:
HENRY131 is a cement-based adhesive with natural mineral materials and modified polymers. Comparing with traditional cement mortar, this product has advantages of good adhesion, easy to use, environmental-friendly and safety. The thin paste method can save space and materials; the super adhesion make sure the tiles with low water absorption can be applied with more durability and firmness. being walkable 24h after the application on the floor.

Application:
The backgrounds and surfaces to receive the tile must be clean, firm and free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, curing compounds, release agents and other barriers adhesion, as well as being strong enough to support the weight of the tiles being fixed.
1. The powder should be added into clean water in a clean container whilst stirring vigorously and mixed thoroughly to give easily worked mortar.
2. Mixing ratio: powder: water =25Kg: 5.2-5.5L;
3. Allow to stand for 3 minutes during the mixing, then restir the mortar thoroughly. This procedure can increase the bonding strength of the mortar.
4. Apply the mortar evenly on the surface of the substrate with a notched trowel and make sure to press the tiles into the freshly combed mortar in open time.
5. The type of notched trowel is depending on the substrate conditions and size of tiles.
6. The quality of application can be checked by unloading the tiles to see whether the substrate and the back of the tiles are full of mortar.
Notes:
1. Please following the mixing ratio, other materials should not be added during the mixing.
2. The application temperature is 5-35 ℃;
3. The water/powder ratio will vary depending on the substrate, weather and site condition;
4. The mortar should be applied within approx.2 hours. Do not reuse the dry mortar by adding water again;
5. Grouting may be allowed approximately 24 hours after the application;
6. Seamless application is forbidden, the width of tile joints should be ≧ 2mm
7. Pay attention to provisional fixing measures during the wall application
8. Interior application height should be ≤ 4 m.

About 1.5kg/㎡/mm;The coverage will vary depending on substrate condition, application tools, tile type and application technique.

Storage& Shelf Life:
This product has a shelf life of approximately 12 months if stored in a dry, cool, ventilated place in original unopened packaging.
