HENRY 523 高彈防水涂料是以優(yōu)質(zhì)改性聚合物乳液和水泥為主要原料，添加多種助劑、填充料精致而成的雙組份水性防水涂料。防水涂膜拉伸強(qiáng)度高，與基層粘結(jié)良好，對(duì)于防水膜施工后需粘貼瓷磚，砂漿鏝涂的場所特別適用。應(yīng)用于屋頂、陽臺(tái)、衛(wèi)浴、廚房、茶水間、地下室、游泳池、蓄水池、內(nèi)外墻面等。

用法與用量：

1、清理基面，充分潤濕基層后施工更佳；

2、將B組份倒入干凈的攪拌容器中，然后按照粉液比2:1的比例一邊攪拌一邊緩慢加入A組份，充分?jǐn)嚢柚辽珴梢恢隆?/p>

3、用刷子將漿料均勻地涂刷在處理好的基材上，根據(jù)使用環(huán)境涂刷2層或2層以上。

4、每做完1層，必須待其表干（約1～3小時(shí)）后，再做第2層，涂刷方向與第1層垂直。每1層涂刷厚度不超過1mm，以利于固化。

5、涂層施工完后，應(yīng)自然養(yǎng)護(hù)7天。應(yīng)對(duì)防水涂層進(jìn)行隔離保護(hù)，以免破壞。

用量：1.2-1.5kg/m²

 

注意事項(xiàng)：施工環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)在5-35℃。陰雨天或基層有明水時(shí)不能施工。每次施工需涂布2層以上，應(yīng)避免漏涂。施工后設(shè)備與工具應(yīng)立即用水清洗。

 

執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：GB/T 23445-2009 Ⅱ型

 

儲(chǔ)存運(yùn)輸：本品須存放于干燥、通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)環(huán)境，防潮、防水、防止暴曬，保質(zhì)期為12個(gè)月。

Discription:

HENRY523 is a 2-component waterproof membrane with high quality modified polymer, emulsion, cement, various additives and fillers. The product has high tensile strength and suitable for most substrates, especially suitable for areas to be covered by tiles or mortar. Can be applied on roof, balcony, bathroom, kitchen, tea room, basement, swimming pool, cistern, interior and exterior wall, etc.

Application:

1.Prepare the substrate, fully wet surface is more suitable for application.

2. Pour component B liquid into a clean mixer, then slowly add component A powder by mixing ratio of powder: liquid=2:1 while mixing. The mixing time should be 3-5 minutes.

3. Apply the slurry evenly to the substrate with a brush or roller, apply 2 or more layers depending on the condition.

4. The following coat should be applied when the previous coat is slightly dry and solid (but not fully dried). The direction of the following coats should be vertical to the previous one. For easy curing, the thickness of each coat should not over 1mm.

5.After coating application, it should be maintained for 7 days. The site should be isolation protected.

Coverage: 1.0-1.5kg/m2/ layer

Notes:

The application temperature condition should be 5-35℃. application cannot be carried out on rainy days or when there is open water on the substrate. The product should be evenly applied by 2 or more coats. tools should be cleaned by water immediately after application.

Storage& Shelf Life:

This product has a shelf life of approximately 12 months if stored in indoor temperature for 5-35°C in original unopened packaging, avoiding sun exposure or freeze.
