HENRY 522 柔性防水漿料粉料是由高強(qiáng)硅酸鹽水泥、優(yōu)質(zhì)骨料、添加劑和聚合物乳液等原料精制而成。用于混凝土、水泥砂漿、地下室、露臺(tái)及陽(yáng)臺(tái)、游泳池、儲(chǔ)水池、浴室地面及廚房等防水抗?jié)B工程，對(duì)于防水膜施工后需粘貼瓷磚，砂漿鏝涂的場(chǎng)所特別適用。

用法與用量：

基層處理：混凝土、砂漿基礎(chǔ)面和磚體表面必須清潔、無(wú)油污及松散附著物，所有表面應(yīng)盡量平整。施工前，若基礎(chǔ)表面有吸水性，則應(yīng)使其吸水至飽和，但不能有積水。

1、將B組份倒入干凈的攪拌容器中，然后按照粉液比3:1的比例一邊攪拌一邊緩慢加入A組份，徹底攪拌至色澤一致。

2、用刷子或滾筒將漿料均勻地涂刷在處理好的基材上，根據(jù)使用環(huán)境涂刷2層或2層以上。

3、每做完1層，必須待其表干（約2～4小時(shí)）后，再做第2層，具體情況視基面的密實(shí)度以及當(dāng)時(shí)的氣溫而定。如果在涂層已經(jīng)固化時(shí)再做第2層，必須先用清水重新潤(rùn)濕表面。

4、養(yǎng)護(hù)：涂刷完后第二天起，建議用噴霧或濕布覆蓋涂層2-3天再進(jìn)行閉水試驗(yàn)；對(duì)于長(zhǎng)期浸水環(huán)境，應(yīng)待其空置兩周后才盛水。用量：1.5-2.0kg/m²

HENRY 522 Flexible  Waterproofing Slurry

Description:

The product is a 2-component waterproof slurry made of high strength Portland cement, high quality aggregate, additives, polymer emulsion, fully meet the requirements of standard JC/T2090-2011(Type I), can be applied on concrete, cement mortar substrates in basement, terrace and balcony, swimming pool, storage pool, bathroom, kitchen and other waterproof areas, especially suitable for areas to be covered by tiles or mortar.

Application:

Substrate Preparation: the surface to be coated should be dry, clean, sound and free from oil, grease, laitance and flaking paint. Make sure the surface is water saturated and with no water visible on the substrate with water absorbency.

1.Pour component B liquid into a clean mixer, then slowly add component A powder by mixing ratio of powder: liquid=3:1 while mixing. The mixing time should be 3-5 minutes.

2.Apply the slurry evenly to the substrate with a brush or roller, apply 2 or more layers depending on the condition.

3.The following coat should be applied when the previous coat is slightly dry and solid (but not fully dried), which generally takes 2-4 hours. Drying time will vary depending substrate and temperature condition. If the previous coat is fully dried, wet the surface before next application.

4.Maintenance: from the second day after application, it is recommended to cover the coating with wet cloth or water spray for 2-3 days before the closed water test. For long-term immersion area, the site should be maintained at least 2 weeks before being filled with water.

Coverage: 1.5-2.0kg/m²/ layer

Notes:

The application temperature condition should be 5-35℃.The open time of the product is approx.30 minutes. The application should not be carried out under the environment of direct sunlight or strong winds. Please follow the mixing ratio and do not add water into the mixture. The product can be only applied on a well-prepared, firm substrate. Tools should be cleaned by water immediately after application, dried product residues can be removed proper machine.

Storage& Shelf Life:

This product has a shelf life of approximately 12 months if stored in indoor temperature for 5-35°C in original unopened packaging, avoiding sun exposure or freeze.
