HENRY 188水性環(huán)氧填縫劑是由環(huán)氧樹脂、固化劑、耐化學(xué)腐蝕的彩砂骨料組成的雙劑型填充式美縫材料，結(jié)合了傳統(tǒng)環(huán)氧填縫劑的技術(shù)性能以及水泥基填縫劑的施工便利性，適用于各種瓷磚、地磚、石材等填縫和美縫。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
●水性環(huán)保；
●耐溫性能好，粘結(jié)力強(qiáng)；
●耐污、抗菌防霉，易擦洗；
●低溫環(huán)境下可自然養(yǎng)護(hù)，物理性能優(yōu)異。
施工方法：
1、打開(kāi)包裝，將A組分和B組分倒入攪拌桶中，采用手工攪拌或使用低速(<300 RPM)攪拌器將液體徹底混合均勻。手動(dòng)攪拌或用低速電動(dòng)攪拌器徹底混合均勻（約3分鐘）
2、選擇正確的橡皮刮板將填縫劑斜向填入磚縫并壓實(shí)。
3、常溫下填縫完畢后約20-30分鐘左右開(kāi)始進(jìn)行第一次清洗。用濕海綿清除瓷磚上多余的填縫劑，再過(guò)1小時(shí)后，再用清水清洗擦亮瓷磚表面。
4、填縫后24小時(shí)內(nèi)要避免雨淋、水沖，地面上避免行走。
注意事項(xiàng)：施工溫度應(yīng)在5-35℃之間。施工完畢后及時(shí)清洗工具，不慎入眼，應(yīng)用大量清水沖洗，并及時(shí)就醫(yī)。
執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：?JC/T 1004-2017 RGⅡ型
儲(chǔ)存運(yùn)輸：本品須存放于干燥、通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)環(huán)境，防潮、防水、防止暴曬，保質(zhì)期為12個(gè)月。

Product description:
Henry 188 is a water-based epoxy grout, consisting of epoxy resin, hardener and chemical resistant colored sand aggregate. It’s a two-component filling grout decoration material and combines the technical performance of traditional epoxy grout and good workability of cement grout. This product is suitable for different wall and floor tiles, stones as the grout material in industrial and residential buildings.

Application:
1. Open the package, mix part A and part B with low speed mixer(<300 RPM) or hand mixer in the bucket until it stirs thoroughly. The mixing takes about 3 minutes.
2. Select the proper rubber float to fill the mixed material into the joints.
3. Under normal temperature, conduct the first cleaning about 20-30 minutes after the grouting application. Use the sponge to clean up the excess material on the tile surface. Then after another 1 hour, clean the tile surface with clean water until the residue is removed.
4. Within 24 hours after the grouting application, essential protection measures should be taken to avoid rain, water flooding and foot and other traffic on the floor.
Notes:
The working temperature is between 5-35℃. Thorough cleaning is required right after the grouting application to ensure the final tile appearance. In case the material gets into the eyes accidentally, flush with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice promptly.
Standard:
The product conforms to JCT1004-2017 RG II.
Storage and transportation:
This product must be stored indoors at 5℃-35℃ to prevent frost and direct sunlight exposure. Shelf life is 12 months.
